Command token to set the TTS voice

One of the bigger problems with Elite Dangerous profiles is that they are often written to use a specific voice for TTS in the case that you're not using an HCS voicepack. To make these portable, we need commands that would allow us to assign voices by using tokens. That way we can just use tokens to assign voice values and the profile would work for anyone.


EDIT by Pfeil: The "Say Something with Text-To-Speech" action parses tokens in the "Voice" field, thus allowing a TTS voice to be set dynamically, if the profile author implements it.

If the voice is set to default instead, the "Default Text-to-speech voice" option can be used to override that setting at the profile level.
