Global option status

I think it would be handy in certain circumstances to be able to retrieve information about the global options (enabled/disabled, value, selection text, etc.). For example, right now I have a use for retrieving, storing, and executing logic for the "Minimize to System Tray" state. I'm not necessarily talking about SETTING those options with VA sequence code (though maybe that would be useful to some folks?); rather, I'm talking about checking to see what is currently set.

Perhaps some tokens to get the information stored in the various global options?
