Multi Crew Issue

I am having an issue getting my crew to respond 

My crew is
Astra[Performed by CLASSIFIED 2018-01-26]
Kate[Performed by Kate Russell 2020-11-19]
No matter what i do only Astra responds to my commands Kate wont even report in?
I have the latest Voice attack[v1.8.9] installed to the default location

any one know how i can fix this?

The "crew" you are referring to is a feature of the third-party HCS Voice Packs products you have installed.

You'll want to contact them directly about this via their forum, or their Discord
