If rebooting did not resolve the problem, this is either going to be an issue of corrupt or missing speech engine components.

If that does not work, there is always the Speech Platform 11 (alternate) engine route:  https://voiceattack.com/alternate

Nice  timing I just found one Post from Pfeil regarding the change of the speech engine on the discord server, everything is running again. Thanks.

Thats what Pfeil wrote there, and it solved the problem.

"Microsoft removed the speech control panel applet with Windows 11 24H2. The underlying applets still exist.

To reach the advanced speech options, you can use this workaround:
Hold the Windows key on your keyboard and press the R key, then paste control.exe /NAME Microsoft.TextToSpeech into the "Open" field and click "OK".

On the window that opens, click the "Advanced speech options" tab."

It was the language that was wrong in the tab, changing that did the trick.
