Microsoft flight sim goes into pause.

I have a newly installed win 11 and msfs 2020 flight sim with VoiceAttack installed and set up. The voice commands are execute correctly but the simulator goes into pause with every command and the only way to resolve the situation is to hit the keyboard pause button to toggle back into active mode.
I have been unable to find a solution in any of the settings. Can anyone help. I would be very grateful

Did you create the commands yourself, or are you using a third-party profile?
