Click the wrench icon on VoiceAttack's main window, and on the "General" tab of the VoiceAttack options window click "System info >", choose "Generate Settings Summary", then "Write to File"; Save the file and attach it to a post here.

By themselves those settings look like they could work.

Are there "Unrecognized" entries in the log on VoiceAttack's main window, when you speak?

It'd be fairly normal that command recognition isn't working optimally, if you're using the same speech recognition profile trained for your old microphone, but generally I'd expect at least something to be recognized

If you start the microphone setup wizard by clicking "Utilities >" on the "Recognition" tab of the VoiceAttack options window and choosing "Microphone Setup", does the bar reach/stay in the green section when you speak?

If so, you can try creating and training a new speech recognition profile, following the instructions in this topic

The red microphone icon could be due to filtering, but it should go away while you're speaking for a few seconds

If you change the "Min Unrecognized Confidence Level" option on the "Recognition" tab of the VoiceAttack options window to 0 and enable the "Show Confidence Level" option next to it, are "Unrecognized" entries shown after clicking "OK" and speaking a command?
If so, what it the confidence level?

If you hover your mouse cursor over the red microphone icon, what does the tooltip that pops up say?

OK screenshot problem That is see its Either that sound is too low 31% BUT i canot change it by default its 100% in my Windows but every time i run voice attack it switch to 31% or its the noise cancelation form the headset that is at fault ( an I am suspecting this very much) you canot disable it so like am saying pretty shure No PlayStation Pulse Elite is working with VoiceAttack and i am the only suckers trying to make this work !?

The Windows speech recognition system will change the microphone volume if that was deemed necessary by the microphone setup wizard.
If the volume is lowered that much, it would have been far above the green area while running the wizard.

You can re-run the wizard by clicking the "Utilities >" button on the "Recognition" tab of the VoiceAttack options window and choosing "Microphone Setup". Try speaking at a normal volume while the bar is shown.

After that, if the issue persists, you can try checking the "Prevent Speech Engine From Changing Microphone Volume" option on the "System / Advanced" tab of the VoiceAttack options window.
Do note that this is a shortcut to a Windows option, and as such affects other applications as well.
