Xbox 1 button?

Is there a way to use the Xbox one button? Right now I use VA for Elite Dangerous and I am in skype most of the time, currently I have my select(back) button unbound in elite, upon pressing it, it mutes skype and allows voice attack to accept inputs..... I essentially want VA to be able to do this but with the Xbox one button.

It would be so nice since most games do not use that button, the only thing that does I have noticed is steam big picture mode that I have disabled and some people tell me W10 uses it but I am on Win7.
