Different action when using the keyboard or VoiceAttack

I use GSX Pro for the MSFS, among other things.
With MSFS you can use the key combination Alt+C to display the names of the aircraft.

If I enter Alt+c via the keyboard and/or the joystick, it works.
If I say the command via VoiceAttack, the names are also displayed, but at the same time the doors of the FBW A320 open and the GSX catering vehicle drives up.

I have searched all VoiceAttack profiles for alt+c and/or names. I find the command name on/off and the key combination alt+c. Nowhere can I find a command that matches a GSXPro-action.

Is there an explanation why VA behaves differently to a keyboard or joystick?

VoiceAttack is using standard Windows API functions to send keyboard input.


If you create a new VoiceAttack profile and add a command to it that presses that key combination, does the same thing happen?

Have you checked whether the other features being triggered have keyboard shortcuts, and if so what those are?

Are you using left or right Alt?

I have created a new profile with only the alt+c command for names.
The names on/off work correctly.
But at the same time the cargo door of the FBW A320 opens and the cargo service arrives.

The FBW does not appear to have any published button combinations and only uses them internally.
Could that be?
But as I said, if I assign the name on/off function to a joystick button, it works.

What do you mean by "uses them internally"?

Have you contacted the developer of the third-party application/addon ("GSX Pro")?

In the context of most games, at least. For the majority of other applications, it is not equivalent.

Not with me.
When I press Alt+c, the nameplates of the aircraft are displayed.

If I do the same with AltGr, it doesn't work.
So the functions of the two keys within the MSFS are different, aren't they?

I could have solved it differently a long time ago, but I'm always interested in learning from mistakes.
However, I haven't found out what the problem was.

I have now used AltGr+c instead of Alt+c for names.
This now works without a catering request and without opening the cargo door.
GSX doesn't want it to have been GSX. What continues there would be the cargo vehicle provided by the MSFS.
