Speech recognition is poor with oculus quest 3 but good with mic

With  a cheap usb mic i get really good recognition however with quest 3 its rather too poor.

when i do the voice recording and stuffs on quest 3 its actually better than the mic however just the recognition part is poor, how to improve on this?
I had the same issue with quest 2 but had solved it but can't remember how ?

Another user has also reported poor recognition results with a Quest 3.

If you follow the steps in this topic (don't delete the old profile, and make sure to complete the training at least three times), does that make a difference?
