recently purchased voice attack wont launch

I just installed voice attacked , I have it purchased but the app wont launch at all. I am on windows 11. I did go to the appdata folder and deleted/moved the folder voiceattack and voiceattack.com but still it just wont launch. i cant format my PC, its too much work

my email id I purchased it from is chomanthapa@gmail.com
