I'm not entirely sure what it is you are trying to do, so, for my own sanity (to make sure things didn't get out of sorts somehow), I tried setting a text variable named, 'myTextVariable' to the value of 'support@voiceattack.com' and then used the 'Quick Input' action to output to Notepad and it worked as expected. I used a token in 'Quick Input': {TXT:myTextVariable}'.
Could you describe, step-by-step what it is you are doing with each action, as well as indicate what application you are targeting?
