How to access cmd.exe without GUI

Hi, i have been trying to access a cmd prompt and paste in a dictation into a program that has no GUI
it only runs in cmd

i am having trouble accessing it through VoiceAttack as it has no window... which is confuising, because i can see the cmd.exe window in my taskbar that is open, but it is technically not a window and has no GUI or something. so the ctrl+v of the dictation from clipboard only works if the window is active, and i am having trouble making it active...

anyway, i was just wondering if anyone knows of a plugin or a workaround that can let me send through text (via ctrlv from clipboard)to a minimised, non active, or hidden cmd window...
