Error 0x80004002: No such interface supported

Simply trying to get VA open a shortcut. I have added other prior to this but there is one giving me the error when I try to add the link through Windows Explorer.

What type of shortcut are you attempting to open? I assume you're using the "Run an Application" action?

Also, you might want to try Googling 'Error 0x80004002: No such interface supported' to see if you can identify any underlying system issue.
