Disable Voice Packs

I want to disable voice packs.  I believe voice packs are a plug in.  I have tried
[wrench] / Plugin Manager / uncheck HCS Voicepacks
[wrench] / uncheck "Enable Plugin Support"
and removed the voice packs subfolder altogether.
After all of these I would restart VA and got an error stating "Plugins are disabled. You must enable them in the VA options for this profile to operate  correctly."
What am I missing?

That third-party product consists of a combination of a plugin and a profile.

The profile would be what is showing that message.


If you don't want to use the third-party HCS Voice Packs product at all, you'd need to switch away from their profile (E.G. to the default example profile, or an empty new profile).
