CereProc Voice Slow

I reformatted MY machine and reinstalled Voice Attack, I also reinstalled a CereProc Voice Pack that I have been using for Years, For some reason the Voice is Really slow in speech now. Can someone help with this problem.

If you search the start menu for "Speech Recognition", click the search result with the subtitle "Control Panel", then click the "Text to Speech" link in the left-hand column, and click the "Preview Voice" button (making sure the CereProc voice is selected in the "Voice selection" dropdown), is the output slow?

No it is Not, that was one of the first things a checked.

Does this occur with existing commands that worked correctly before?

Is the "Single TTS Instance" option on the "System / Advanced" tab of the VoiceAttack options window enabled?

Is the "Audio Output Type" option on the "Audio" tab of the VoiceAttack options window set to "Integrated Components"?

Did you export your settings before reinstalling and then import them in the new installation?

For what ever strange reason. I fixed it..All I had to do is Choose No Default TTS Voice in the Options Menu, Now everything is fast again.
