confidence level

I have my confidence level set at 75, but when I give a command and the level shows up as 75 it is rejected, is this the way it is suppose to work?
I am using beta version 1.8.7.5

It’s a rounding display issue that needs to be addressed.  It’s actual value is probably 74.987654, and it’s displaying as 75.
