VA Closing after using settings

This may have been addressed previously and I've missed it but is anyone else finding that whenever you use the settings now (spanner icon) and click OK Voiceattack closes and needs to be manually restarted.

Cancel is fine, just OK that causes this whether you have changed anything or not.

Very annoying if you just want to change something trivial.

This happens if run as admin or not.

When you say "now", is there a specific change or update after which this started occurring?

Which version of VoiceAttack are you running?

Is there a "VoiceAttackFault.txt" file in the installation directory? If so, what are its contents?
