2 profiles at same time

OK this is probably answered somewhere but, If I have say a Huey profile and a Huey start profile how can they rune together and not interfere or have to come out of VR to load them independently

It likely is answered in the documentation: Press F1 while VoiceAttack has focus to open VoiceAttackHelp.pdf in your default PDF viewer, which contains information on VoiceAttack's features.
