VA immediate Listening Suspended

I use VA with VIACOM for DCS and have done for a couple of years now.  It was all working great until the last update where now if DCS is running when I press the PTT it briefly goes "listening resumed" then immediately "listening suspended" so is not picking up any of my commands.

When DCS is not running VA waits for me to release the PTT before going "listening suspended"

I have attached a screen shot of the 2 scenarios.  Note I have changed no settings I just let VA update.

How do I fix this?

Very Quick update. Seems the issue is caused by a change in VIACOM not VA.  See https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/273957-listening-suspended/?tab=comments#comment-4691867 for details.
