ERROR with HyperSuper Combination Secondary

In Voice Attack (Used with HCS Orion and Elite Dangerous) I get an "ERROR with HyperSuper Combination Secondary could not be found in the Keymap File "
Does anyone know what this refers to??

For issues with third-party HCS Voice Packs products, you'll want to contact them directly via their forum, or their Discord

please update your profile by either downloading and installing your pack again or by using the auto updater in the customiser
