This line shows up after starting

Any solutions?

You'll want to contact the author of the third-party plugin you're using about that.

For VAICOM PRO (the plugin named in the log message), their support page lists a thread on the Eagle Dynamics forums, and an email address.

There is an unofficial, community-run Discord as well, which may be able to assist with certain issues.

I think the answer to that would be to update your VoiceAttack to the most recent version.  'Dictation' as part of the proxy was added relatively recently.  But, yeah - VAICOM support would be the place to go.
