Cyberpunk 2077 Profile with extra accessibility features

Overview of the Attached Cyberpunk 2077 Profile

I am disabled and have pretty severe physical limitations so this profile includes some commands that would probably be unnecessary for most people.

For anybody that also uses Dragon speech recognition I recommend disabling Dragon's hotkeys. If a voice attack command is using special keys like Control, Alt, or Shift it could interfere with Dragon's hotkeys and prevent Dragon from working properly. You can disable them by going to Dragon's "Tools" menu, clicking "Options", then clicking "Hot keys". Select a key combination, click "Edit", press delete, then click "OK"; repeat this for each key combination.

Most of the commands are self-explanatory or the description in the profile itself is informative enough. Those will not be detailed in this post. I'm only mentioning ones here that are more complicated or require some direction to use. I also have a cheat sheet available here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ay2KQp1AUpqiUtZadjpyPWXSIu8YAV33/ that has brief descriptions for every command. Due to various reasons I uninstalled the game before testing all the commands, but most of them should be fine.

For anyone following along in VoiceAttack's "Edit a Profile" window I recommend grouping commands by category. This can be toggled by clicking the 3rd button from the bottom left corner of the "Edit a Profile" window. My categories don't necessarily correlate to the categories in Cyberpunk's key bind menu.

CATEGORY: BRAINDANCE

"Fast Forward [;1..20]" and "Rewind [;1..20]" are set up so if you just say "Fast Forward" or "Rewind" it will hold the corresponding button for one second. If you include a number 1-20 it will hold the corresponding button that many seconds.

CATEGORY: CAMERA

"[Up; of; at; Down; Left; Right; rights; write] [;1..20]" moves mouse cursor in the corresponding direction however many times you say. If number not specified it defaults to 1. The non-directional words are included because VoiceAttack kept recognizing those words when trying to speak the directional words.

"Set Camera Multiplier to [1..20]" modifies the incremental distance the cursor moves in the previous command. This command only needs to be used once and your choice will be saved, but you can change it at any time. Example: saying "Set Camera Multiplier to 5" multiplies the base cursor distance by 5. This only affects cursor distance when using the previous command and will not alter input from your physical mouse.

CATEGORY: COMBAT

"Aiming" toggles aiming down sights by holding the right mouse button. It will not let go until you speak the command a 2nd time. If game crashes while this is active do not forget to release it.

"Short [1..12]" selects the specified weapon slot. Cyberpunk only has 4, but I export and import this command into most games so I just keep it 1-12. 1-9 just presses the digit you speak, 10 presses "0", 11 presses "-", 12 presses "="

CATEGORY: GENERAL

"Pickup [;1..20]" spams the "F" key the specified number of times. Useful for getting junk off the ground.

CATEGORY: KEYPRESSES (commands in this category let you press whatever keyboard key happens to pop up on the screen without setting up a unique command.)

"[;long press] [Alpha;Beta;Bravo;Charlie;Delta;Echo;Foxtrot;Golf;Hotel;India;July;Kilo;Lima;Mike;November;Oscar;Papa;Quebec;Romeo;Sierra;Tango;Uniform;Victor;Whiskey;Xray;Yankee;Zebra] Key [;1..10]" yes that's all one command. Presses the 1st letter of any word in the segment that includes "Alpha"-"Zebra". Repeats number of times you specify if you don't include "long press". If you do say "long press" at the beginning it will only hold the key once but for 0.5 seconds instead of 0.1 seconds. Examples: saying "Charlie key 7" will press "C" 7 times, saying "long press whiskey key" will press "W" for 0.5 seconds.

"Numeral [0..9] [;1..10]" presses the specified digit the amount of times you say. Examples: saying "Numeral 3" will press "3", saying "Numeral 4 9" will press "4" 9 times.

CATEGORY: MOUSE

"Left Hold" and "Right Hold" hold their respective mouse buttons down until command is spoken again.

CATEGORY: MOVEMENT

"[Forward;Backup;Lefty;Righty][;1..20]" steps in the specified direction for the number of times you say. Movement control and step duration commands must be set before this will function.

"[Motion; Reverse; Just Left; Just Right; Go Ahead; Go Back; Go Left; Go Right; Stop]" the 1st 4 options will stop all other motion and move in the specified direction. The 2nd 4 options will move in the specified direction without stopping the other directions to allow diagonal motion. "Stop" stops all motion.

"Movement Control with [letters; arrows]" used once to tell VoiceAttack whether the game controls motion with WASD or arrow keys.

"Set Step Duration to [1..10]" modifies the duration of a single step in the 1st Movement command in tenths of a second. 1 is equal to 0.1 seconds, 9 is equal to 0.9 seconds, 10 is equal to 1 second.

CATEGORY: SYSTEM STANDARD

"Profile Exit" is not a spoken command but a set of instructions for VoiceAttack to follow when you exit the Cyberpunk 2077 profile. If still active when closing the profile this will make sure these keys are released; Scroll Lock, Num Lock, and Caps Lock. Must be enabled in the "Profile Exec" section of the profiles "Options". Check "Execute a command each time this profile is unloaded" then select "Profile Exit" from the drop-down menu.

CATEGORY: UI PANELS

"[Section; Section Back][;1..10]" goes to the next or previous sections in menus. Skips number of times specified. Used in-game when "1" and "3" are used for menu section switching.

CATEGORY: VEHICLE

"Slowdown [;1..10]" pumps to break the specified number of times.

"Vehicle [left; right; release]" holds the wheel in the specified direction until released. Examples: saying "Vehicle left" holds the wheel to the left, saying "Vehicle release" let's go of the steering wheel.
