Voice Attack not responding as it should to most commands (ED)

Is anyone experiencing VA making random actions in ED, (raising/lowering landing gear, failing to activate Navigation screen, suggesting Self Destruct, opening the Galaxy Map instead of opening the navigation screen, and generally doing anything but what you want?) .

Does it say stuff like, 'Recognized, 'Self Destruct'' in the log?  If so, you've got line noise.  Take a look at this thread: https://forum.voiceattack.com/smf/index.php?topic=1635.0

Pay closer attention to the section labeled, "I'm not saying anything but VoiceAttack keeps hearing things".

If you find commands are just popping off otherwise, you'll want to look into your profile's commands and hotkeys as VoiceAttack does not just execute random commands without being made to do so.  Try turning off plugins and/or switching to a different profile.
