Weird annoying noise after Docking Granted in Elite Dangerous

Voice attack seems to always inject this annoying sound and I can't disable it or figure out the cause.

It only occurs after docking is granted. Video for example:

Sounds like a parrot. How do I turn it off or change it? I saw videos where folks are told where the dock is but I don't get that at all.

Are you using a third-party HCS Voice Packs profile? If so, you'll want to contact them about this directly via their forum, or their Discord.
