voice or keyboard?

Hi All,
I have  a command called crouch is there a way I can trigger it by voice or hit ctl on the keyboard

Yes.

On the "Add/Edit a Command" window, right underneath the "When I say:" label, you'll see the "When I press keys:" label; Check the box, and a dialog will pop up where you can choose a key (combination) to trigger that command.
