I just installed VA and ASTRA.
Whenever I launch Elite with VA running beforehand, Windows Cortana starts reading something.  I know VA is activating this since it doesn't happen when VA is not launched beforehand.
Here's the video of this happening.  https://youtu.be/gt0IRhs469M

You can hear ASTRA talking, and Cortana (in this case Japanese language version that's very bad in pronouncing English) reading something from the game.  From what I can make out, it's saying:

Welcome back your XXXXX(can't make out)
You have no missions at the moment.
Has granted you access to grade(?) blueprints.
You are docked at the Coriolis Starport in orbit around the Arjung system.

How can I stop Cortana from speaking?

For issues with third-party HCS Voice Packs products, you'll want to contact them directly via their forum, or their Discord.

VoiceAttack will not play any text-to-speech (which is likely what you're hearing: The same TTS voice used by Cortana, played through a "Say Something with Text-To-Speech" action in the profile) by default.

Ok, thanks for clarifying this.
