UNABLE TO ACCESS COMMAND

I've been using VA for Over a year... I use it with Viacom Pro.  When I key my mic switch I get: "UNABLE TO ACCESS COMMAND. COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE (Chatter)"  VA hears and repeats the command but nothing happens in DCS.  I don't use Chatter.  This happened once before, don't remember how I fixed it... likely uninstall and reinstall.  I tried that this time and it didn't work.  I use a single mic switch for VA and separate mic switches for Discord and SRS.  What is this? and how do I fix it.

VAICOM PRO has a known compatibility issue with DCS 2.5.6, though whether that would cause this specific issue is something to ask the author of VAICOM PRO.
