Help with "Command disabled for this session and was not executed"

That's the problem. It's recognizing everything but just gives the above error, so no commands work. I even tried wiping the steam directory and reinstalling. I don't know what is happening.

Are you using a third-party profile (E.G. from HCS Voice Packs)? Any plugins?

A command has been disabled by the author, sherlock-  that's usually due to a condition during usage or configuration.  You'll want to contact the author of the pack/plugin (most likely HCS) in order to get more information on that, unfortunately.
