Hi Gary,
Not issues with my box I don't think. I remember now as I hadn't played ED for over 6 months, that I gave up with Voice Attack back then and had left the compatibility mode checked trying to get it to work. Not sure why it saved it after reinstall and update. But anyway, the issue that made me give up 6 months ago is still happening:

This seems very common as there are lots of threads about Voice Attack and this error, but I haven't been able to find anything with a resolution.
I'm testing without plugins to see if that helps. The only plugin I've been running when it's been crashing is the HCS packs, with the latest Singularity, Voice Attack and Packs.
Is there a debug logging mode so we can actually track down what is triggering it?
Thanks,
Will
