VA causes DISCORD Overlay not working

I found out that DISCORD overlay in IL-2 Great Battles does not work if VA is running 
(I use PTT for DISCORD so that I can use VA while not speaking with people)
If VA not running DISCORD overlay works well.

Is there any way how to solve this? An overlay is a must-have feature for me while playing online...

Can you clarify "does not work"? Does it not show up at all? Does it use a keyboard shortcut to show/hide?

Exactly. I use hotkey to show/hide overly but it does not appear at all. If VA is  not running overlay is displayed and can be toggled with hotkey.

Does this also occur when you turn off VoiceAttack's keyboard shortcuts (using keyboard icon on the main window)?

Well, I found out that the real culprit was MSI Afterburner with Riva overlay running in the background.
