Colored background for commands
« on: October 06, 2019, 01:28:21 PM »
Hello, everybody,
Is it possible for future versions to highlight commands or lines when editing a command ? So that one can recognize coherent commands better.

Greetings nepomuk/Mathias

I am already getting a colored background for commands, or lines when editing a command.  Looks like image below...
Is this a lost in translation thing?  Do you not have highlights for your commands or lines when you have them selected with the mouse?

Yes, of course, the line I'm editing is colored. I mean one color for several lines
of an area, e.g. from "Begin ... compare" to "Else" or "End condition" or a loop area.

Ah! I see what you mean.  I've used some IDE's with that kind of block highlighting.  Would be a helpful addition along with line numbers in the command action block, some visual bells and whistles if/when possible.
