VAJoystickOutput-V5 not working

After the Windows 1903 update, Vjoy had to be revised to work and is now working as expected. However the plugin has quit working.

Using the sample profile you get an error Version of driver(219) does not match DLL Version (218)

Sorry about that.  I've been completely wrapped up in the UI overhaul and then getting my wife out of town for a few days.  I made a note while I was gone to get this out asap as soon as I got back.  I've uploaded a new version here:  https://forum.voiceattack.com/smf/index.php?topic=463.msg2268#msg2268

Turns out it only needed the latest vJoyInterface.dll that vJoy provides to pop in there with VA (I rebuilt the whole thing with the interface wrap and all that anyway ).
