can't find profile folder for ELI and ALIX

hi, I'm new to this whole thing, thought i would buy it and try but i am having a lot of problems:

1: both ELI and ALIX have no profile folders. can't them anywhere. looked in the HCS files, there isn't any profile except for the 3 HCS profiles and my default profile.

2:Voice attack says that i am missing keybinds in ELITE. when i go in the EDIT profile: it indicates 2612 commands, with no binds to any of them... do i have to manually do that?  

3: when i installed both ALIX and ELI, i couldn't select ALIX or ELI, just had the names of  the default HCS profiles. no idea what's going on.

i have attached a screenshot of the hcspack ELI folder, and of voice attack's main screen.

i don't see any profile folder when in all the other tutorials i have found have them.
