[v1.7.5.8] Missing tooltips

The following controls no longer display their tooltips as they did in v1.7.5:

Main window:
"Edit Profile" button
"More Profile Actions" button

"Edit a Profile" window:
"Options" button
"New Command" button
"Edit" button
"Delete" button
Multipart command consolidation button
Command count label
List filter field
"S", "K", "M", "J", "P", "X", and "F" buttons
