I thought i'd post in this forum, mainly because of the 'Let's talk about building profiles' line.

I'm really interested in recording my own profile, but cant find any sort of suggested commands to record. does such a thing exist?

Depends on what you want to do. Is it for a game, or for general computer use? Start with simple stuff that you want a verbal command to do and work up from there. Have you read the beginning of the help PDF that's with the program? It seems daunting, but basic commands are pretty easy. Page 14 begins to go into what a command is with some examples.
