[v1.7.3.1] New "Options" button for profile doesn't react to mouseover

The "Options" button that replaces the image-based button in the "Edit a Profile" window does not appear to have a mouseover state as the other text-based buttons("New Command", "Import Commands", "Done", "Cancel", etc...) do.
I.E. it does not turn slighty darker gray while the mouse cursor is over it.
