Issues getting VA to work with Elite Dangerous in VR

Hello,
Having an interesting issue. My VA commands work with Elite Dangerous in desktop mode, but don't work when in VR. This is a major issue for me as I am using the rift touch controllers and there are a ton of commands that I cant bind to the controllers with the limited button combos. Anyone have this issue or know how to solve it? Something to note, Active Window works, but the Elite client doesnt even show up in the options to select. VA is recognizing the commands I am giving, it just isn't initiating them in the game.

Does your physical keyboard work while in VR/using Touch?

VoiceAttack sends keypresses to a given window, so if the application doesn't show up in the "Target" dropdown(meaning the window doesn't exist/isn't registered), it won't be able to.

Does the Elite window have a taskbar entry?
