The new PDF help file (v 1.7.1+) seems to be missing bookmarks

I have a copy of the 1.6.9 version that has bookmarks on the side but the new one does not.

Would it be possible to regenerate the PDF with bookmarks?

You are absolutely right... I don't know when that setting got unset.  I don't have the, 'source' document for 1.7.1 (actually, I do somewhere, but I would have to go and unpack it), but I do have the latest one attached here to this message.
