Allow resize of Say Something with Text to Speech window

The "Say Something with Text to Speech" dialogue box is a fixed size. If you place a longer block of text in the SAY window, there does not appear to be a scroll bar so you are left to arrow up-down to edit, and you can't see the entire text at one time.

It would be very handy if the bottom-right corner of the Say Something with Text to Speech dialogue box could get a standard windows re-sizing handle, and scale such that expanding the window will expand the text box (as opposed to also spreading out the other interface elements in that DB)
