Hi, there.  If I do a quick Google check on that type of error, what comes up is that there is either a security issue when downloading, or file corruption on your local disk (I only looked in two places).  If you can't get the file to come down directly from the website, you can try downloading the zipped version and replacing your installation with its contents:
