Unrecognized/too noisy

Hello Please I would love some help. For some reason I am getting a problem where an icon is flashing on top right saying unrecognize or too noisy. I checked my hardware and they are in good working condition. I haven't played in a couple days so Im assuming it has something to do with new update. Also I i have it through steam. 4/13/18 I tried uninstall/reinstall.

Hi, there.  What you are experiencing has nothing to do with the new update, as nothing has changed in that regard.  You'll want to look at this thread, as the answer is most likely in there:
