vaProxy function addition

It would be REALLY handy if you could add a function to the proxy that would load a profile (vap) file dynamically...

Would this be possible?

I have an app that will be creating a profile to load in and I would like it if the user would not have to load the new profile each time they did a mod to it (with the app).  So on Init of the plugin it could load the profile in so it could be updated.

Edit: More I thought about it I felt instead of plugins (even where this might be mostly used), I went ahead and posted it in Feature Requests where I felt it most likely should have been in the beginning.
