Mute other sounds while VA is talking

How can I lower the surround sounds or mute other sounds except for VoiceAttack when it say something? I know I could write and certain action in every command, but is there an global command for it? Maybe to lower or mute all apps in win volume mixer except for VA?

There is currently no method for checking whether TTS audio is playing, so this cannot be done globally.

what about, in the command, add lines - add windows function/  set audio level/ application/ (set level 50%).
add your TTS message, then - add windows function/  set audio level/ application/ (set level 100%).
