Is there a token that is set when VoiceAttack uses TTS?

The token `{STATE_SPEECHACTIVE}` is set when VoiceAttack is detecting and trying to parse speech,
Is there a token that is set when VoiceAttack is using speech synthesis?.
A fair number of people use EDDI with VoiceAttack and mix VoiceAttack and EDDI TTS. I'd like to be able to give them better information about when VoiceAttack and EDDI are each speaking.

If this token doesn't yet exist, would it be possible? Something like `{STATE_SPEAKING}` perhaps?
