Automatically Set Keyboard Shortcuts Off on Start

I feel like there's a setting staring me in the face and I'm just not seeing it....

Every time I start VoiceAttack I have to manually click on the "Keyboard Shortcuts Off" icon in the upper right next to Send Commands To.  If I don't do that it screams at me whenever I touch the keyboard (alt-tabbing to an email, for example).

Is there a way to set this automatically off?

Set the windows shortcut to also have -shortcutsoff at the end of the "target" line on the voice attack shortcut.
