Problem issues with Voice Attack speech recognition
« on: December 16, 2017, 12:25:12 PM »
Hello,
At the beggining it works well but seconds later it's awful
When i say a word sometimes it's hard to recognizes what i say,
And also it recognizes another word i added in my profile that i didn't say.

I added all the words in speech dictionary on windows speech recognition

I also have a Razer Kraken USB Headset

I have this settings on Voice Attack in recognition options which is:
recognized speech delay:0
unrecognized speech delay:250
command weight:50
minimum confidence level:0, show confidence level is checked

and disable acoustic echo cancellation is also checked

And what type of programs may affect Voice Attack?

Razer Synapse is a known program that can cause issues.

Worth increasing your minimum confidence levels, and quite possibly dropping your command weight down a little bit.

The Command Weight is "How hard does VA try to match what you say with a command it has", Confidence Level is "How sure is VA on that it has recognised *something* being spoken"

0 Confidence level/100 command weight is a good way to get sneezes/nose scratches matched up to commands....

Are you saying that i should uninstall?
I'm saying this because, i have also on razer synapse my razer mouse with my settings.

I don't get it what's wrong with Voiceattack,

I saw, Gary, your post link, and try to fix it, and still nothing.

Voiceattack does recognizes some words i say like for example "frag and clear",

but also says unrecognized as i speak like "frag and clear and",

and the program says words that i putted on my profile, but it i did say a different word

or i didn't sayed at all

I dissapointed not to use this software as it should be, :'(

Seems like you've got some kind of line noise or your mic is too hot.

Have you tried another mic, such as a usb headset?
