Hey there,

Slight issue. I purchased VA last October. It installed fine originally, i changed my motherboard and HD recently and i'm trying to re-install my programs.

After downloading and installing VA im being asked for registration. Entered my license key and email associated with the paypal account and the same email i got the download link sent to and it doesn't recognise the email address.

On the voice attack registration pop up it says "validation failure: incorect email address or registration key".

I tried to recover the key in case i was mistyping or there was a difference between license and registration keys they appear the same and while trying to recover the key the pop up there said no customer with that email address.

Ive also tried all my email address, non of which work.


Any help would be appreciated.
