[v1.5.8.22] Can't run commands from the command list while listening is disabled

When listening is disabled, commands cannot be executed from the command list.
"External command :" is listed in the log, but nothing actually happens with the command itself.

Keypresses won't trigger commands either, but that's presumably intended behaviour for the command list(As it also occurs when listening is enabled)


This is a duplicate of http://voiceattack.com/SMF/index.php?topic=112.0, which was moved to "Ex-Issues" without being resolved, at least in v1.5.8.22.

I hope you can understand my confusion when a bug I'm invested in gets archived without any explanation as to why.

The shortcomings of using a forum instead of a purpose-built bugtracker, I suppose.
