How to have speech engine "speak" for custom commands (IRacing)
« on: September 29, 2017, 06:20:23 PM »
When I execute the command "no tires", voice guidance says "no tire changes".

This command existed from DRE or Voice Attack, not sure which

I've added some commands. They execute, but the voice doesn't announce the command because it hasn't been told to say anything.

Where do I add the "SAY" command? I see it in some of the pre-programmed commands, but its not in my own. I dont know how to add the "say" function.

You can use the built-in TTS by adding a "Say Something with Text-To-Speech" action to your command(s).

In can be found by clicking the "Other" button on the left hand side of the "Add/Edit a Command" window, going to "Sounds", and clicking "Say Something with Text-To-Speech".
