[v1.6.7.12] Using undo or redo in a textbox will affect the action list

In the "Add/Edit a Command" window, if a textbox(E.G. "When I say" or "Category") has focus, using the "Undo" key combination Ctrl-Z will affect both the textbox and the action list; The action list will also steal focus when this occurs.

Ctrl-Y behavior is also somewhat strange, in that it will equally affect and give the action list focus, but has no effect on the textbox(Perhaps the undo/redo list is wiped when focus switches away from the textbox?).

Fixed issue where hitting ctrl+z (undo) or ctrl+y (redo) on command screen when, 'when I say' is focused, the command actions would be modified.

The changelog is technically accurate, as v1.6.7.15(The download for v1.6.7.12 is gone, so I tested with its successor assuming it contains the same fix) does stop undo and redo from affecting the action list, *while the "When I say" textbox has focus*.

However, the issue still occurs when any other textbox("Description", "Category", "Send this command to", "Prefix/suffix group") has focus.
